About Randy Mills
Pioneer Services began operations in March 2003 as a commercial cleaning company. My first account requested that I clean his windows inside and out for his commercial printing business. I soon realized; with the suggestion of my wife; that I could work daytime hours and make a good living cleaning windows for residential homes in Santa Clara & San Mateo counties. At the suggestion of a few customers I began to re-screen and then build new window and door screens followed by offering gutter cleaning services. In Feb 2006 I was attending the International Window Cleaning Convention in Mesa Arizona and discovered that fog and moisture could be removed from dual pane windows. The opportunity to become a dealer was offered to me by Crystal Clear Window Works. I did some research on the opportunity and realized that every dual paned window would eventually become foggy and wet and either have to be replaced or need the Crystal Clear Window Works process applied to it. I became the first authorized dealer in California in April of 2006 and have serviced hundreds of windows with great success. I have since began to test clients windows to reveal the damaging moisture before it has become visible and to apply a preventative technique that will keep the windows fog free with a 20 year warranty.
